This recognition is given to state lawmakers who supported policies during the 2024 legislative session to grow our economy and make Missouri a more competitive place to do business.<\/p>\n<p>The Business Champions list was created after an analysis of key votes on important business issues. To be included, state legislators needed to have at least a 70% record of siding with the Missouri Chamber on priority issues. This year, 24 members of the Missouri Senate and 103 members of the Missouri House of Representatives met that criteria.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mochamber.com\/issues-advocacy\/business-champions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to see the full list.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Business Champion recognition is our way of thanking Representative McGaugh and Missouri\u2019s other top pro-business lawmakers for their commitment to moving our state forward,\u201d said Missouri Chamber Interim President and CEO Kara Corches. \u201cDuring the 2024 legislative session, political chaos threatened to derail our state\u2019s progress.
